A new special episode is know up and you should check it out. Cross has an interview with artist Chris Batastia. Here’s the show description…
It's interview time once again, and today, Cross sits down with famed penciler Chris Batista. You've seen his work for DC Comics, most recently on Robin, but also on Firestorm, Legion of Super-Heroes, and JLA. And if you read Marvel Comics back in the early 1990s, you saw his art there as well, gracing such books as X-Factor and G.I. Joe. Listen in as Cross and Chris talk about heat waves, breaking into the comic book business, animation, and midgets...I mean, "little people."
If you heard the Tom Chu interview you’ll love this one as well.
We recorded on June 23rd which was a Monday night and we had a great time. The topic was “What were our favorite cartoon show when we were growing up?” To say we had fun is an understatement.
Tons of laughter, singing of the themes to the show’s, we were in rare form on that rainy night at Buried Under. I hope you enjoy that show, because it was a hell of a good time for us! The Cartoon show will be posted next Monday June 30th.
Also we’ll be recording two more shows on Sunday the 29th. On it we'll be reviewing some summer blockbusters but I’m not tell which ones till the shows are posted.
Till then, be cool, say cool.
